Chipolbrok has been active in the shipping market between Northern Europe and Far East ports since 1951. The company made the decision to establish a service to / from the United States in the summer of 2004. In recent years, Chipolbrok has independently and successfully completed the carriage of all metro wagons for Shanghai and Guangzhou from Hamburg, which highlights the company's outstanding ability in break bulk, especially heavy lift transportation. In 1999, Chipolbrok passed the external audit of ISMC exercised by the Maritime Safety Administration of
P.R.C & LIoyd's Register of Shipping and achieved DOC issued by the Governments of Flag States. In the same year,
Chipolbrok was awarded a CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL issued by the LIoyd's Register Quality Assurance, certifying that the Company's Quality Management System is in line with the standard of ISO 9001:2000.
Today, Chipolbrok owns a fleet in excess of twenty vessels with agencies and office locations across the globe.
Chipolbrok America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chinese Polish Joint Stock Shipping Company reporting to the head office in Shanghai as well as the branch office in Gdynia.
The overall vessel tonnage is about 500,000 DWT.
